This was my first time going to Sports Clips who ever was working the front desk was not helpful and very rude. I asked her a question and her answer was you can sign in. She didn’t even look when speaking and overall seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I almost walked out but wanted to see if the stylists would have a better attitude.

Just had my hair cut 10/14/17 I was sat next to a mom struggling with a toddler having his hair cut - squirming, kicking and screaming the entire time It was not safe for the child or the stylist trying to use scissors I have three boys- I get it but this was just rediculas No common sense from the mom or dad or management
